Questions about pricing
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude 15% VAT, which is added to your invoice.
What counts as a user?
A user is anyone who logs in to Seen. Employees on your payroll are unlimited on every plan: run payroll for as many people as you employ.
What if we grow past our plan?
You can go up to 20% over your band at SAR 10 per extra user per month. Beyond that you move to the next plan and keep all your data.
Can I pay monthly?
Plans are paid upfront every 6 months or every year. The annual term costs less per month.
Choose a plan and carry on with everything you set up. You don't need a card to start the trial.
Is every module in every plan?
Yes. CRM, invoicing, accounting, HR and payroll, projects, inventory and the workspace are in every plan.
Can you move our data from our current system?
Yes, from Excel today: customers, suppliers, employees, chart of accounts and opening balances. A full preview before saving, importing from other accounting systems and free assisted migration on annual plans are coming soon.
Can I take my data with me?
Not yet, coming soon. You will be able to export any list, any report or your whole company, whenever you want.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Paying online by card is coming soon.
