Questions from contractors
Does Seen handle GOSI for non-Saudi workers?
Yes. Non-Saudi staff carry the employer’s occupational hazards share, and Saudi staff the pension and SANED rules, with the wage floor and ceiling.
Can site staff clock in themselves?
Yes. Each worker with a login clocks in and out. Shifts can be fixed or flexible, with a grace period.
Do we get reminded before iqamas expire?
Yes. Seen reminds you before documents, contracts and probation periods run out.
Can we see labour cost per project?
Not yet, coming soon. Salaries will be shared across projects by the time spent on each.
Do we pay for every worker on payroll?
No. You pay for the people who log in. Employees on payroll are unlimited on every plan.
